FLSA Retaliation
The FLSA provides that it is against the law for an employer to discriminate against any employee who has filed a complaint against said employer, has testified in any such proceeding, or who has served on an industry committee. "Informal complaints" can be included in the protection of the FLSA in regard to employer retaliation.
